Prior to starting the company, the founder Chancel Cooper, held marketing roles at UCF Athletics, Fanatics, Google, and Pearson, collectively gaining more than 15 years of relevant experience.

Overtime, her career goals evolved, aiming to branch out as a consultant to offer expertise to clients seeking innovative and collaborative marketing strategies and processes. She realized the challenges small businesses faced to find marketing agencies that met their needs, so she committed to the goal of filling that space.

In 2017, CTC Projects started with the mission of helping brands make the best use of their websites, digital content, social platforms, emails, advertising and more.

Since the start, CTC Projects has created a dozen brand identities, spent over $1 million in ad campaigns, and supported many with engaging, comprehensive marketing plans.
